Our Staff

Meet the team behind the uniform who go above and beyond for our families. They’re the first person you meet when you walk through the doors of a Ronald McDonald House. They work tirelessly to make sure your journey with us is as easy and stress-free as possible. But how well do you know them?

We have over 150 staff across our 12 Houses in the UK

Meet Rachel Tween, Tooting House Manager

“One of the worse things to happen as a family is to have a sick child. But then to be taken far from home (where it’s their safe place) can make it unbearable. Unfortunately, we can’t make their child better, but we can give them a sense of normality, and somewhere safe to call their ‘home away from home’.”

“One memory that really sticks in our minds was one evening when the handyman at the House fixed a puncture I had on my bike. We had mentioned it in passing to him that it had happened and without any request, he fixed it for me on his next shift. It was just a beautiful, quiet act of kindness.”

Mum, Clemmy (stayed at Evelina London House)
