Can we help your family?
Following several years of planning, fundraising and building, the new Ronald McDonald House at Oxford Children’s Hospital opened in May 2020. Currently running at a limited capacity in order to honour social distancing due to the coronavirus pandemic, the House is situated just moments away from the John Radcliffe Hospital.
The House has everything a family could need to continue some semblance of normal life including kitchens, laundry facilities, day rooms and a garden. The new House has 62 bedrooms meaning, when we can resume our usual operations safely, we will be able to support over 1,000 families each year with children in the Oxford Children’s Hospital, Critical Care Unit and Newborn Care Unit.
Help us provide free home away from home accommodation to support families with children in hospital with a donation.
