Thank you to the hundreds of people who chose to challenge themselves for #RMHCUK in 2025. Not only did they have a fantastic experience, they raised vital funds to support families with a child in hospital.
This year, we’re asking you to;
challenge yourself,
and take on one of our Running Events.
Your support provides families with the everyday comforts that mean everything: a warm bed just moments from their child’s hospital bedside, a kitchen to make a hot meal, and a place to rest and breathe during the hardest time of their lives.
Running my first half marathon, I pushed through the challenge by thinking of children in hospital and how I was helping to support their families.

Fast & flat, this course was voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runners World, ideal if it’s your first marathon or you are looking for a PB. Choose from Marathon, Half-Marathon, 10K or Relay distances.

This year, thousands of families will need a Ronald McDonald House.
Every day, families will travel miles to and from the hospital to visit their sick child.
Specialist children’s hospitals often don’t have room for parents to stay. Families can be found sleeping on the ward, in corridors or their car, just to stay close to their sick child.
We exist to give families somewhere safe to stay for free, for as long as they need.
