Ronald McDonald House Charities UK are excited to be partnering with our Mission Partner McDonald's again in 2022 to host a cycle challenge. This year we will be supported by colleagues from McDonald's based in Bedford and the surrounding areas (previous pioneers of the Oxford to Leiden Cycle Challenge) and as such are excited for the ride to begin in Bedfordshire.
You will have the opportunity to visit Ronald McDonald House Manchester, to see first-hand how your donations are supporting. You will finish the challenging but fun three day cycle in Liverpool at the Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey.
Ronald McDonald House Charities UK are in advanced discussions with the Alder Hey Family Trust on a project that would enable significant investment of resource, expertise and funding to the Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey.
150+ mile UK Bike Ride - £250 registration fee with a £1,500 minimum sponsorship target
What's included:
Accommodation for three nights (based on two sharing from Friday 1 to Monday 4)
Refreshments and meals, including a Welcome Meal on the first night in Bedford
A qualified Doctor and Bike Mechanic for the duration of the Challenge
Support Team throughout the Challenge
Full event insurance
Technical Cycle Jerseys, both to train in and wear during the challenge
