Scotland Community Fundraiser
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Fundraiser for Scotland to join our fast-growing Charity. The role will be based at our Edinburgh House but we are happy to discuss some level of remote working from home.
We are looking for a Community Fundraising expert and a brilliant communicator – someone always one step ahead. You will equally be as comfortable supporting families who stay with us who want to fundraise, as you are presenting to a room full of students, a company or potential volunteers. No one day will be the same and this is one of the most important roles in the Charity as you are the local face and voice of Ronald McDonald House Charities UK on the ground.
Permanent. Full-time hours are 35 per week. You will be required to work occasional weekends and evenings.
About Ronald McDonald House Charities UK
Since 1989 the Charity has been supporting families with children in hospital. This is an exciting time to join the Charity, as we move in to our 31st year of providing accommodation and support for families at such a traumatic time in their lives.
Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provides free “home away from home” accommodation for the families of sick children who are being treated in hospital. Our support helps ease financial worry, reduces the stresses of travel, keeps families together and ensures family stability is maintained during a very difficult time. It makes a very positive, real and tangible difference to the families of sick children across the UK.
