Junior Corporate Fundraiser
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to help us work with businesses to increase support and income so we can support even more families.
We are looking for a candidate who either has existing charity sector experience, or someone looking for their first role within the sector with transferable skills. You will have relationship building skills and will be an enthusiastic, creative, and resilient professional who is able to make proactive approaches.
As the Junior Fundraiser, you will split your time between supporting our partners and your colleagues. You will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of accounts and co-ordinate and welcome corporate volunteers in our Houses.
People are at the heart of what we do so you will be someone able to share stories and facts to proactively engage businesses to secure new partnerships and managing existing corporate fundraising partnerships for Ronald McDonald House Charities UK.

Permanent: 35 hours per week, which may include weekend and evening working. The role is supporting UK wide partnerships so may involve UK travel.

Since 1989 the Charity has been supporting families with children in hospital. This is an exciting time to join the Charity, as we move in to our 31st year of providing accommodation and support for families at such a traumatic time in their lives.
Ronald McDonald House Charities UK provides free “home away from home” accommodation for the families of sick children who are being treated in hospital. Our support helps ease financial worry, reduces the stresses of travel, keeps families together and ensures family stability is maintained during a very difficult time. It makes a very positive, real and tangible difference to the families of sick children across the UK.

First stage Interviews will be conducted by Ben Walker, Corporate Fundraiser London & South of England and Joanne Howe, Head of Corporate Partnerships with 2nd stage interviews being conducted by Joanne Howe and Nicola Savage, Head of Fundraising.
First interview will be virtual with the second interview in person to be held at Ronald McDonald House Evelina London, 216 Lambeth Road, London, SE1 7JY.
